"Products" means the food and beverages ordered.
"Website" / "Application" means the online ordering website or application operated by the Restaurant.

Role of the Service Provider
This online ordering system is powered by YGO EATS (a trading name of Y-GO DIGITAL LTD), which provides the technology only.
All food sales, order fulfilment, pricing, delivery, refunds, and customer service are the sole responsibility of Wok On Wheels.
Your contract for the purchase of food is directly with Wok On Wheels, not with YGO EATS.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase Products from Wok On Wheels.
Acceptance of an order occurs only when Wok On Wheels confirms the order by email, SMS, or on-screen notification.
Wok On Wheels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Prices and Availability
Prices, minimum order values, delivery charges, and availability may vary.
Online prices may differ from in-store or telephone prices.
Product images are for illustration only and may differ from the delivered items.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery is subject to Wok On Wheels's delivery area, availability, and operating hours.

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery or collection.

Once an order is placed, it cannot normally be cancelled or amended.
If you wish to request a change, you must contact Wok On Wheels directly. Any decision rests solely with Wok On Wheels.
Liability

Wok On Wheels shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (including traffic or weather).
Wok On Wheels's total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Wok On Wheels is established, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
